The Blacksmiths Arms, St Albans

They just understand the needs of the customers and realise who the customers are (unlike so many other pubs). Generally lots of real beer available, very helpful polite staff and even offer 7th pint free of charge. They just do everything right, have recommended this pub to lots of people and they all say the same thing, which is mostly how impressed they are with the customer service and choice of beers. It's such a simple formula which so many pubs get so wrong but I�m pleased to say not this one�
