The Angel and Greyhound, Oxford

Good pub and but would have a much better atmosphere if there was some background music. I have heard many times when people have suggested to go here "yeah we could do, it's just a bit dull without music". Not so bad when it's busy, more so for a monday after work beverage...

The Gloucester Arms, Oxford

This pub is great if you like heavy metal and the odd bit of 80 rock cheese. Cheap beer and funky staff - just dont go if you're a chav, you will more than likey be killed...

O'Neills, Winchester

This is the best place to go if you're a student in Winchester, full of friendly people (most of them other students) and they do great food too, prices are not too bad for somewhere as nice looking as this.
