The Pilgrim Bar & Kitchen, Kennington

This pub is the closest to where I work and i stumbled upon it one wed afternoon when I was having a bad day, I was a bit dubious as im not really a pub person and have had bad experiences in the past. I was welcomed by Jay the landlord who i can honestly say is the the most warmest and friendliest landlord i have ever met, he made me feel so welcome and comfortable, i ordered some food and it was fantastic and very reasonable. I sat in the garden which was very clean and comfortable, jay brought me all the condiments i could possibly think off as well as my cutlery. I think the pilgrim is excellent,shame certain people have to spoil it, i will continue to go to this pub along with my work buddies,eat,drink and be merry along with the wonderful staff.
