Profile information

I basically began my life in a pub, with my parents owning The Church Inn in Darley Dale in the early 90s, so it all started from there.

These days I spent my time in establishments in and around Derbyshire, and will be hitting Manchester for Uni later this year.

Life seems to have come full circle with my father and his partner taking over The Church Inn in 2003, which is where I spend most of my time, working and/or drinking!

Santanda, Derby

I accidentally went to the ladies' here...

Hellishly expensive too!

Flying Childers, Stanton In Peak

Another step back in time in rural Derbyshire. Black Sheep was on at the time of my last visit and from what I can remember it was very good, however I was in an all-day lager haze at the time...

The Queens Arms, Bakewell

A favourite of mine when I amble into Bakewell, a fair range of changing real ales which are very well kept (as a previous poster has said).

Always very enjoyable!
