This place is the pitz.
The service is slow, the prices are high and the manager has no idea of customer service. The staff sit around chatting, and we wait.....
I've been there a few times and have found it really lacking in presence. The atmosphere is sterile, unless you're part of a large party, you're not welcome. The experience I had was one of being in an expensive, snobby establishment. But, this pub is no more than an expensive Witherspoon.
