A good place for lunch during Saturday shopping. Limited choice of bitter and served too cold (like most pubs) but otherwise OK. Food is good and reasonably priced

I've been visiting here for 12 years and the food has always been excellent. Service is exceptionally good, I wish the half asleep staff in some other pubs would take note and copy it. Beer is well kept and served at the right temperature. The only thing that stops it being a 10/10 is that it is fairly pricy - but good value
