The Rocket, Euston

This pub does not immediately grab your attention from the outside. However, once inside - it seems quite trendy but is very smoky when busy. The air-conditioning seems to be non-existent in certain parts of the pub. The bar staff are mainly students - so do not expect any service and be prepared to wait.

The food is a hit and miss affair and the menu is concentrated mainly on cheap fried stuff. However, if you do find something you like, do not expect it to be the same next time as the chef seems to change daily.

This place is good for a swift half or a pint, on the way to the station.
