nice setting by the river, busy on sunny days but very overpriced, food was ok but for the price we left unsatisfied. ok for a quick drink in the afternoon.

The Flower Pot Hotel, Sunbury on Thames

Now re opened under new ownership, has been redecorated to look like a wine bar with a tacky chandeler hanging from the sky light. is open and echoey making it feel cold and unwelcoming. The pub had a few people in all 3 of who turned and stared as we walked in, we recieved no welcome or even a smile from anyone not even the woman at the end of the bar which turned out to be the manager. All in all doesnt seem to have improved one bit since the last owners, we will attempt to vist again when they have had time to get on thier feet and see if they can improve on their customer service.
