I'm jj5000's mate and I agree with what he was saying about the owner!
He is actually very very rude and maybe he has an issue with his mental state? Who knows? He is obviously not a good landlord or suitable for working with the general public at all!
A bit of advise for the owner... If you want the pub to be successful and do well, then perhaps you should consider a personality transplant! And you have no worries about us staying away. We wouldn't actually re-visit your pub whilst you were in control.

I hope that there are no other people thy have been treated in the way that we have!
