Revolution, Newcastle

Hate this pub. Its on the crawl and when you're on a mission you can't miss it. Every time I come out I feel as if i've been robbed. Very expensive. Am sure the bank that the building used to be probably still gives loans to pay for the round!!! Don't get me wrong i'm not adverse to spending cash but not in this pub. Its got no atmosphere and the people in there look to see who's looking at them. Not my shot of vodka!

The Union Rooms, Newcastle

Like this pub. Cheap drinks and decent food. Good place to eat on the Saturday afternoon/early evening crawl. Fast service, ridiculously cheap. Not a "stay for a few" pub. Does what it says on the tin. Always heaving down stairs make for the bars on the upper floors to be served.
