The Mulberry Tree, Ipswich
I was here on Sunday to watch a friend play in his band, it was very different looking from our last visit. the current owners have gone for the music and ale side of things in a major way, I sampled woodforde wherry, brakspear bitter, everards tiger beer and hobgoblin all perfectly conditioned. My only complaint was no food but the young lady serving informed me it was planned for the summer as soon as the kitchen was finished. All in all a pleasant evening had by all a very well done on revitalising this pub that I believed to be dead and gone.
