The Malt Shovel, Horsham

I thought it was just me that could taste the line cleaner, what a shame, it was the best pub in Horsham for years.

Nowadays I walk in & see if there are any barrels racked up; if s I'll have a pint from one of them them - if not I turn around & leave....

The White Lion Inn, Thakeham

Best quality pub food for miles and good choice of 4 well kept real ales - they always have Harveys Best on. My wife says the wine list is very good for a pub as well. Although the food must be what makes them their money it doesn't feel like a gastropub, muddy boots & dogs welcome etc. Nice paved area for dining outside if the weather permits.
