The pub that was for years The Boat has (as of October 2008) been converted into an Indian Restaurant - The New Lodge.
As such it should probably no longer feature on this site!

The Crown Inn, Alrewas
Best pub in Alrewas. The beer is well kept. I especially enjoyed a couple of pints of draught Bass there - and they serve decent food in a traditional pub environment.
