The Swan Inn, Fairfield
Called here hungry after a long walk over the Clent hills.
Spacious pub, Quite a few people in and an excellent presentation of the menu document.
Discovered too late that it was yet another 'MICROWAVE PUB ' with only microwave technicians to cook.- no proper chef. I had a ham and mushroom omelette. It was grosse. Rubbery, hard, egg with a few squares,probably about ten grammes of ham about 8mm square and 1mm thick, and less than one button mushroom, very thinly sliced. Staff were all youngsters who did lip service to customers, but clearly didn't care. Would not go again.
