The Coach, Greenwich

This pub is great after walking round the market on a Sunday afternoon. They serve great roasts. Prices are really good too considering it is in the heart of Greenwich. Went in here on a Saturday night after all other local pubs were packed (Hardy, Gypsy Moth, Musee) and it was nice and quiet - not too quiet but not full of Eltham geezers/chavs. Nice and relaxed. Really like the decor too! Unlike that place round the corner Lawrence Louellen designed - eeek! I agree with the previous post (Tina I think) - Northern guy behind the bar is TOO buff! Main reason I go in there. So attractive. Do they serve Grolsch though? That's the question! I'll let you know! CB x

Admiral Hardy, Greenwich

I like this bar, esp the back area, nice and dark so good to go on dates mid-week. bit too busy & smokey at the weekends, but perfect atmosphere and great cheesy music. Full of Greenwich-trendys but everywhere is these days... except Wetherspoons & Auctionner but lets face it, unless your 16, they're a pile of w**k!! Great bar!!

The Reservoir, Charlton Kings

really liked this bar, had my pre-club bday drinks in here a wfew weeks babeck. good atmosphere
