Great Young�s beers and family run pub, but sadly lacks points due to the constant flow of wannabe trainee managers
The guy behind the bar who laughingly calls himself the Deputy Manager, clearly has never been on a management training course, due to tacky handling of subordinate staff and the paying public. This deputy manager drops a towel on the floor, picks it up, polishes a wine glass then dries his hands with it!, constantly short fills a pint glass (isn�t that illegal) and treats customer like his in the Gestapo!
Other than that the pubs great, due to his colleague�s pulling their weight!
Avoid until this trainee deputy manager moves on!
