The Great Western, Hayes

I've been a regular in the Western for many years now and I must say the service I recieved last night was a complete and utter shambles! Nothing wrong with my bitter or my dinner, its just the staffs attitude to work is diabolical! Members of staff sitting on the back of the bar, having a conversation with their friends when there was empty glasses and dirty plates needing to be collected, playing infantile tricks on one another (throwing liquid over one another)and altogether lousy service from all but two of the staff. I hope when the new landlady comes she gets rid of these "children" and gets some staff who actually want to work for their money !
