As chef of this pub i would like to welcome anyone who wishes to visit....
I think this site is exellent and provides people with agood range of information..
I have notime for has been chefs but all the time for people who apreciate good food.... May i sugest we give this site the respect it deserves and keep the kitchen as the battle field... Like they say "The proof of the pudding is in the eating"
