The Builders Arms, New Barnet

What a pub! Relaxed atmosphere; top barstaff; unbelievable drink! The first thing which struck me when I entered (thankfully not a glass - unlike the nearby King's Head in the village) was the smallness of it. However, after a brisk peep around I noticed an adjoining bar and room with SKY SPORTS, a dartboard, well kept pool table and a lovely garden. The thing which makes this pub the best in Barnet is the fact it feels so secluded despite it only being a 30 second walk from the high road! The monstrosity they call the Railway Bell shields this masterpiece from the hustle and bustle of the local nutters. Oh, and by the way the drinks are amazing - Green King IPA; Guinness; Abbots Ale; and a few lagers to mention a few are all avaible in mint condition.
