Elms, Leigh On Sea

I would like to say that Andy your supervisor in the Elms is a great guy. Works hard, is very polite and takes all the abuse and is never rude back which must be hard. The service is very slow but then that is no ones fault. Maybe more staff are required especially on Steak nights. But hats off to Andy he should be rewarded in some way as he an asset to the food side of the pub. He does smooth a lot of the mistakes over and is run ragged.
More staff I say. There never seems to be anyone to clean up the tables and glasses.
