Reopened as The Bell, another incarnation of the Mitchells and Butler brand (although you won't find any evidence of this on the menu, bills flyers etc in the restaurant) . Beer sales a mere sideline to food sales. Speckled Hen and London Pride the only beers on offer. Yet another restaurant masquerading as a "Village Pub". First and last visit I'm afraid.

It's a proper pub. Well kept resident ales and ever changing guest ales.
No food but who cares when beer and pork scratchings is all the sustenance one requires.
It's no good complaining that the landlord owner wants to get a return on his investment. USE IT OR LOSE IT.
