The Surrey Arms, Shoreham by Sea
This was may auties pub and my grandparents owned it before then. This has been in the family for about 15 years. Yes it has now been sold to be turned into flats.
When my grandad had it, he worked really hard and it was doing well for years. It was a pub for fishermen and workmen, had its regulars and had a lovely welcome feel to it. Unfortunatley it went down hill in the last 3-4 years. My auntie bought the pub but it just wasnt doing so well anymore which resulted in the sale.
I will miss that place. It holds a lot of memories.x
