aaawww no has David passed on? How sad.
this was my favourite place in the burgh.
I loved after hours when he served by torchlight - and when you went upstairs to use his own bathroom (I think)

Good Intent, Hornchurch

Used to do mixed grills for about 3.99 - but usually had no eggs, or tomatoes, or mushrooms - but it was only 3.99 - and your feet usually stuck to the floor.
expensive beer too - for what it was.
Within walking distance of many houses.

The Imperial Bar, Castle Douglas

Hey, I live across the water from Mr. Connor in Windsor, Ontario. - I used to drink in the Imperial, DA, and Royal from 1983(ish) to 1985 and they were great (then)....then to Jade Palace for a you know what!
