Yates Wine Lodge, Blackpool

We went to Blackpool for the wifes birthday and to help her recovery from an operation, She was going to the toilet on Weds 24th Sept, her birthday, and she slipped on the uneven tiles in front of the big screen, she fell and hurt her arm, stomach, knee & left breast, ( the bad one), they took her details and promised they would check the cctv and phone back, that was almost 2 weeks ago and they still havent contacted her, very bad PR, I wont be frequenting a yates bar again.
