'pubman2009', 'KTP2' and 'fizzyred' are not locals, they are the management team at the anglers, writing their own reviews! Don't be fooled! This place has an awful reputation for a reason and a few fake reviews are not going to change anything. Maybe they should concentrate on their customers and their jobs instead. Shame, could be such a nice pub.....

cont. just scan thru all the posts and you will see further proof. The overall opinion of the others is true: great location in the summer, bad food, terrible service, loadsa kids (if thats waht you want, lovely - hell if you don't!), overall its always a bit of a disappointment
