The Fleece And Firkin, Bristol

According to Venue magazine The Fleece has just been bought by Bristol band The Blue Aeroplanes. They promise a massive overhaul of the venue including updating the sound and lighting equipment, new toilets, much wider range of beers, wines & spirits and a live music policy like the good old days back in the 90s. This will mean the end of the road for the tribute bands at the Fleece (THANK GOD!!) and a return to decent live music 7 nights a week. It should be interesting to watch the changes over the coming months...
