The Inn on The Hill, Haslemere

I echo the comment above about the rude South African employee. Four of us went to this pub for a leisurely Saturday lunch. Two of us had steaks that were cooked well but covered in a sauce that halfway through the meat because most unwelcome. we also had the Mediterranean plate which had a teaspoon of pesto, a teaspoon of a chutney, 4 small pieces of bread and 2 tiny slices of brie. Ridiculously priced at �12. Adequate food, way overpriced and a place I would rank highly on the soon to be out of business scale given the current economic conditions.
