The Old White Hart, Hook

The "old" White Hart is a newer brick pub, and although reasonably spacious, it is often very noisy - which is why the large beer garden to the rear of the pub is often busier than the inside of the building in the summer months.
It is the sort of pub that hires bungee-jump cranes to pull the punters in, and claims to sell the "coldest beer in the village". Cold beer - don't they mean fizzy lager?
The food is nothing special, but is is reasonably priced and there are "beer and bite" specials that give good value - some would say exceptionally good value for this area.
Overall: good for grub, but noisy, and there are better pubs within a couple of miles.
