New landlords big on promise but woefully short on delivery. You can still wait 10 mins before anyone acknowledges your request for a drink. I heard of lots of people leaving cos they had waited over an hour for their food. What sort of place has a Steak Night and then confesses that they only got 3 steak knives - sums it up really ! Wish the new guys luck , and attitude is clearly an improvement on the old regime, but they need to get basics in place.
