The Chequers, Hendon

I have been drinking in The Chequers for over 10 years and absolutely love the pub!! I feel I could walk into the pub alone, be welcomed in and feel comfortable. The bar staff are friendly and I often have a giggle with the two girls working there and they will always greet you with a smile. The staff work hard, trying to provide entertainment all week, from football, poker, pool competitions to disco's and singers. The new menu is also good, with a variety of choices and at reasonable prices. I love drinking here. So to the last person who commented Dhanji, you can stay in the Greyhound!!

The Greyhound, Hendon

This pub, has a strange smell, which I can only refer to as Piss!!! I took over 10 mintues to get served, by a very inpolite member of bar staff. No managers were there, no food was avaialbe, and there was a very loud, obnoxoius customer at the bar, who seemed to almost run the pub. We had a drink and left, for the Chequers

The Chequers, Hendon

I had a great evening at The Chequers in Hendon. Great Food, and friendly staff, who always seem to be having fun. Everyone was very welcoming. There was a great dj, pool table and great people. I will deffinetely going there again, alot better than my previous night in The Greyhound, yawn!!!
