Waterend Barn, St Albans

There is nothing good to say about this place, the staff aren't helpful or polite, its not friendly or welcoming and has no atmosphere. The drinks may be cheap, but i'd rather pay 3 times over to have friendly staff and a decent atmosphere.

The Snug, St Albans

This pub looks nice since the refurb but it lacks atmosphere. the staff are nice enough, and the drinks are fine (but very over priced). The food wasn't great and again very over priced. I'm just always a bit disappointed when i come here...

The White Lion, St Albans

I really like this pub, always a good selection of beers and nice food. the staff are good too. I love the August beer festival here.
