This pub is brill!!!!!!!!!!!1 really nice to sit in there and have a drink. you can even have a nice game of pool or darts i think this pub should be the best pub in britain but that is my site of view your could be different but i am sticking with mine"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A new landlady has taken over this pub. She is trying very hard to improve the entertainment. Which i believe she has done very well. The decor is in need of a makeover, which is in hand to be done in the near future. My family have had quite a few good nights in the Holmesdale since July 2006. Today Easter Sunday 2007 Joanne the Landlady put on a free bar b q for all, arranged an easter hunt for the children and also organised three legged race, sack race and egg and spoon races for children and adults. Everyone had a great time, every child and a few adults walked out with Easter eggs. Then there was the dart and pool competition, which was all great fun. Apart from a lick of paint my family all had a very lovely afternoon.
