The Langley, Covent Garden

Quite possibly one of the worst places i have had the misfortune to visit. A reservation had been made for myself and 6 friends to have a meal. After having a few drinks (which took a ridiculous amount of time to be served) we went to take our table only to be informed they had double booked and we would be unable to eat. Normally you would expect the venue to make an effort to appease the customer, however the sheer ignorance, rudeness and incompetence of the staff was incredible. All they could do was advise us they were sorry. No attempt to do anything else. Pathetic place and even more pathetic staff.
