Duke of Wellington, High Beech

After a walk through Epping Forest we ended up here with 3 children for some lunch. Although in a great spot with a big garden the pub has an air of neglect about it. Broken benches outside and tatty inside. The woman behind the bar was most unhelpful and couldn't add up properly. We waited almost an hour for 4 rolls and some chips all of which were overpriced and decidely average. Could be a fantastic place, but needs the owners to really think about what they're doing and sort it out.
