This place should be an award winner......the most unfriendly staff I've ever come across! Outside the facade is wonderful, inside the decor is trying to be something from 'Life on Mars'. Enjoy the 1920's exterior and walk on by....

The Ale Wagon, Leicester

Service was surly, ale range was limited, and quality was left wanting. Won't be going again. Enough said!

Sloanes, Leicester

Superb choice of unusual ales from all over the place, and all in superb condition. Very knowledgable staff and, despite some of the corniest jokes from the gaffer, a good bit of banter at the bar.
The decor is somewhat basic, bare wood, old church pews, and dimly lit. Ideal as most ale drinkers aren't too pretty!
