North Star, Staines
My group descended upon this pub after coming back from the London Irish v Ulster rugby match at Reading. We only intended staying for a few drinks to wait for the rest of our group to catch up, however we ended up staying all night! Our fancy dress Ulster hats ended up being worn by the staff and two excellent guitarists. Very friendly, relaxed atmosphere and we were treated as regulars. We all hope to visit again soon!
