Admiral Hardy, Greenwich

This place could be great. The potential is there but unfortunately the nice layout and lighting is spoiled by the shit staff and clientele. When we went in there as part of a night out in Greenwich, the place was full of bone idle student types and couldn't give a feck barmen. Pity because there's a lovely backroom and great pub trying to leap out.

The Gipsy Moth, Greenwich

We really liked it in here, although it was a Tuesday night and all other reviews seem to bitch about the busyness at weekends. Really big pub and garden area. Food was lovely and staff almost sickeningly eager to please. Didn't stink like some of the other pubs we went in! Although music was a bit tinny and shite.

The Spanish Galleon, Greenwich

The wait for a drink in here was short, the barstaff quick to serve. Unfortunately, the whole pub stank of the maen's toilets and the missus' white wine was tepid and 'odd' tasting. My pints were fine though.
