The Anchor, Rowhedge

I've been here twice for food and both times it was great! They have a wide selelction of food written up on individual blackboards and when they've sold out of somethin gthey simply take it off the wall! The pub is right on the river so if you sit by the window or outside you can watch the tide and the boats.

The staff can be a bit forgetful at times but if you've come for a long lunch then it doesnt matter too much! Had quite a few choices of wine available and a few ales too.

A lovely pub to spend an afternoon in.
