Without question the worst service I have seen in London for years. Customers waiting over 10 minutes while the jaw droppingly rude bar staff actively ignored them. You practically have to beg to be allowed to buy a drink. It's a shame as I think the pub has promise, but with so many excellent alternatives to go to I will not be bothering with this place again - strongly advise you don't either.
The ladies toilet is also disgusting.
