Went in yesterday for Sunday lunch with girlfriend and her mother.

Absolutely appalling customer service from the landlords partner Graham. He was rude and abusive to my girlfriend after we queried the bill and we walked out before we got thrown out.

Do not go there ever. Not the greatest menu in the world and the Sunday Roast is �9.95 not �8.95 as was said on the menu.

The Weatherspoons over the road is much better and cheaper. I got drinks carvery meal and desert for �35 and they charged me �42 at the Pelican without the desserts

Absolutely appalling and will never ever attend this pub ever again
