The Refreshers, Norwich

A mate used to work at the council offices opposite and every Tuesday afternoon they'd wait for the shouts and lean out of the window to watch the weekly ruck on the pavement outside Refreshers. Not sure why this place exists; given the location it could be one of the best pubs in town, what a waste.

Terrible, unless you like paying �4 to get your tasteless ice cold lager in a fancy frosted glass. I also disagree with the higher class of drinker comment. Bring back the Lamb!

Bell Hotel, Norwich

You get what you pay for so have no reason for complaint. Its dirty, often smells of sick, the food is rubbish and is generally too packed; but you can easily get change from a tenner when buying a round for five, you can get a filling meal for four quid and here is never any trouble.
