The Commercial, Herne Hill

I'm happy to report that this pub has been completely transformed from a black hole to a great local. It's got really good food, good decor (including three fireplaces), boardgames, an atmosphere and enough seating to go round. I'm a lager drinker so I can't tell you about the quality of the ale, but everything else is brilliant. Hopefully it'll put the unbelievably pretentious Escape next door out of business. A great place for spending hours and hours.
