The Exmouth Arms, Euston

Got off the train at Euston last night with my girlfriend, gasping for a pint. Got directed to a nearby pub called the Brie, but upon arrival opted for another pub in view (Exmouth arms), as it looked more suitable for a nice, quiet drink. I really do like proper old school pubs.... I think they are in decline, and need to be cherished. Initial views were all good. Staff were friendly, menu looked good and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, due to a really annoying, shrieking, drunk woman, who really scared my girlfriend, we opted not to eat, and only stayed for the one drink, before moving back to the pub down the road. Nice old school pub.... Real shame!
