The Coach and Horses, Rickmansworth

Excellent atmosphere great bar staff nice guest beer when I went in mid December but... the food was terrible. The Ostrich was rare (I was not given the opportunity to choose how it was cooked). As for the vegtables, they were raw. The pub has a restaurant and when we booked we were put in the bar. Perhaps they should consider there limits before taking bookings that stretch themselves. This was my "second chance" visit in a year as my previous visit resulted in bad food. I think I will just pop in for a drink on my way to a restaurant in future.......

The Florence Tavern, Islington

Sympathetically refurbished recently by new lanlord has given this pub a new lease of life. Friendly staff make the relaxed atmosphere even nore pleasurable
