Falcon Inn, Bletsoe

Charles Wells beer. Lovely pub with beer garden sloping down to the river.
Sadly I cannot recommend the food as it tends to be pretentious, overpriced and rather disappointing (e.g.badly cooked 'hawian' hamburger GBP 10.50).

The Bedford Arms, Souldrop

Voted North Brfordshire pub of the year 2011 by CAMRA, with good reason.
Regular real ales are Red Star and Black Sheep, both of which are excellent.
Normally two guest ales. Food is good, honest, pub food. You need to book if you want to eat on Fridays, Saturdays or for Sunday lunch. Closed on Mondays. Dog friendly and children friendly.
