The Slug and Lettuce, Cheltenham

This pub used to be a decent place for food and a pint when it was first refurbished. The management are now unhelpful, rude and couldn't really give a stuff about customers - more fool them. The service was very slow - there were 'animals' in the food they served us. Not nice! Begrudgingly from them, we got some money off the bill. Personally, I would rather have had a decent plate of food - served with a smile in the first place. It would be nice if they occasionally cleaned the toilets. The competiton in town is fierce as ever - I would suggest you go elsewhere to spend your hard earned cash ...or take your own food and beer in!
