Red Herring, Bank
A few of us went to this pub last week for a drink and something to eat at lunchtime - there were no tables upstairs so we went downstairs and managed to get a table but were totally ignored by staff for 15 mins - in the end we went upstairs where we found a table and went to the bar and ordered the food straightaway - so I think upstairs is definitely better!
