Rooms need updating but loved the character couldnt complain about cleanliness in the heart of town loved stay and loved the staff would definately go back

The Royal Oak, Charmouth

Shame the owners are leaving really nice traditional pub with good handpumped beer and clean glasses! Trend seemed to appear throughout our stay in the area locals very unfriendly shame we loved the area but wont visit it again.

The George, Charmouth

On a recent visit staying a few nights cant say I was terribly impressed by the welcome we recieved had to work our way to the bar passed some miserable locals. When we did get our drinks at an extortunate price could at least have got them in a clean glass! Went to Royal Oak following night.
