The Still and Star, Aldgate

"WOW" what a transformation. Was in the pub about a year ago and found it dirty and dingy and the ladies toilets were disgusting. Went in last night and could not believe the difference in the Pub. It was spotless clean, the ladies toilets have been completely altered with a vanity unit and fresh flowers displayed with hand dryers and mirrors. The whole pub has had a fresh coat of paint and new curtains which makes it looks very homely. The outside area has plenty of seating with new umbrellas and the flower boxes and hanging baskets really look attractive and inviting. It is now a pleasure to go into this pub and the staff are really pleasant. Well done to the new owner who has really made an effort to bring the pub up to a great standard. Keep up the good work.
