If your looking for good Customer Care give this one a miss, if your looking for quality food give this one a miss. I complained that our peppercorn sauce was sour, a lady very kindly came out with a 4Ltr bottle of double cream to show me it`s "sell by date", she also told us she had only five minutes ago drank some herself, WHO drinks double cream. She then suggested we did not like the ingrediants as it had Tabasco Sauce in it, such peps it`s flavour, it doe`s not curdle it. I was asked what i would like to do so I said "go home and eat". I was not charged for the food we did not eat and simply paid for our 3 drinks. Her parting words were "perhaps you should have tried it before you poured it on you food", nice lady, classy place.
